I have seen this kind of challenge come up time
and again.and have seen requests for this in various
online communities. So I put together a project file
that addresses this.

Download the project file. It really is not that complex
to do, and you do not need a dedicated liquid simulation
or 3D program to pull off something this simple.

Remember to get a demo version of FreeForm AE.
You will need it to help create this effect.
